Sample Pipeline «Track cells or particles with lineage»
The pipeline purpose is to track objects, detected using the Blob Finder operator, gathering its motion features (direction, speed, linearity, and etcetera). Tracks division or fusion can be detected (Lineage)
The «Track cells or particles with lineage» pipeline can be applied to Cells, Nuclei or any detected structures.
